All candidates for a position with On-Scene must undergo a thorough evaluation process that assesses their desires and abilities with our needs and requirements and those of our clients. We know that the appearance and demeanor of our officers have a direct bearing on the perceived level of security at a client’s site. On-Scene’s screening process assures our clients that we have enthusiastic, dependable individuals who are drug-free, and present a professional and well-groomed appearance.


As an unarmed security officer, assigned to motion picture, television, commercial, and music video production companies while on location, responsibilities include vehicle and equipment security, crowd control; filming location set watch and personnel protection.
The security officer will generally work twelve hours a day, five days a week at multiple locations (generally within 30 miles of his/her home).


• Possess or qualify for a California Security Guard License.
• Be 18 or older.
• Undergo a criminal history background check through the Department of Justice and the
FBI to be
-evaluated on an individual basis.
• Possess a valid California Driver License.
• Daily access to reliable transportation.
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Be alcohol and drug free.
• Meet additional conditions of employment discussed during the hiring process
